My stock resource page has been up and running for 8 months already. Recently I realize the average earning per click seems to go up a bit. I guess this is the result of adsense "smart pricing". Age of website is one factor, and topic relevance is another factor. I keep improving my site by adding more valuable content to it. So I think google rewards me for having good content. ^.^

It is always a good practice to learn from your successfully competitors.
What I mean is if you want to rank #1 in the search engine, dont just study the standard SEO techniques. Remember to check out the #1 site, and see why they can do it.

I just checked a #1 site and found that they are using a "summary" attribute in the table tag, which I never knew it. This attribute helps SE to understand what your table content is about. Some webmasters will avoid using tables as I do. When you have complicated layout, you will find that it is quite immpossible to use pure CSS. So I think this little trick should help a bit.
