high paying keywords - an indirect way to check the bid

Do anyone know that keywords related to what content are high paying ?

This is an indirect way of testing it:
1. Use Overtures keyword tool to find the words that you need:

2. Go to Overtures View Bid Tool: Overtures View Bid Tool

I believe that if someone is willing to pay X amount for a word on Overture then they are most likely going to pay the same or near the same in AdWords.
I filter through my words that I want, find the highest paying & most relevant and use them on my sites.

As a conclusion after the link popularity studies, here's my view on it:

1. more links to relevent sites with rich content, and good PageRank.
2. a little link exchange is acceptable, but dont make it over half of your links
3. limit the max number of links to 80 in your link page. Split it if too many.
4. a better appoarch to gain link popularity is by writing ezine articles.

BTW, my pagerank is still 0/10. Anyone can help me get rid of the null score ? >.<

It gives a clear definition for different link terms. Let me summaries a bit here
- reciprocal links are link exchange between 2 sites. Site A have link to Site B and vice versa
- one way link are one way, Site A links to Site B, but Site B has no link to Site A
- trianglar links are one way link among 3 sites

The article mentions that, it is not advisable to have too many reciprocal links. Yes it can be nature to have reciprocal links, but too much simply means you are suspected to do it on purpose (to boost link popularity)

It also mentions that outgoing links to good and relevant sites can also be benefitical to your website. So, dont bother to put more relevant links with great contents in your pages.

my progress ? not much... only got a list of men health pills or organ enlargement webiste requesting to exchange links with me. Thinking those links are not relenvant to my website nature, I have rejected and not exchange with them.

My revenue is starting to performs poor these days and Im wondering what can I do to further improve my site... then I checked my mailbox, and apart from spam mails I found one invition email from other website, much to my surprise they are requesting me to exchange links with her site. I accepted it of cuz and then start a little google research on "link exchange". There are qutie a lot of free link exchange service websites, I joined one at linkateer.com.

Link popularity means the number of incoming links pointing to your website. This is one of the criterical factor that rank the search results. If you are have link on website with high PageRank (PR4+), you will benefit from it and your ranking will boost.

so Im now trying to work on it. Added a link section on my first website which is a website which targeted at chinese translation. Requested a few translation websites for link exchange. And Im gonna add this to this blog.

I have also downloaded a PHP script which does the link management from phpjunkyard.com.
It is a nice script that handles link checking and make adding links easy. I modified a bit to fit my needs and Im using it in the link section of www.softbath.net already. Anyone would like to exchange link with me are welcome to give it a try~~

optimization tips

1. ads that performs best: 336x280 large rectangle , 300x250 inline rectangle , and the 160x600 wide skyscraper .
2. ads should position around the main content.
   
3. Ads that blend in and inline with the contents will catch most users' focus.
